Dear Mom,
I understand the priority you put on caring for your family. You love your children and you want them to truly feel that love each and every day of their life, right? But do you put that same priority on caring for yourself?
Being a mom is important work. Every day from the moment you wake up until your head hits the pillow you are going, going, going to make the lives around you better. You are amazing!
But who takes care of you?
You and you alone have the power to prioritize your needs, wants and desires!
That is why I created Mom Gets A Life – to design a space where you can reconnect with yourself and discover how to care for yourself in the deep authentic way you care for your family.
I know how difficult it can be to find time for yourself, your dreams, your passions – a nap! But when you don’t nurture yourself it is easy to become exhausted, overwhelmed or bitter. It is also possible to lose track of your dreams completely.
I feel that Patty & Mom Gets A Life came into MY life exactly when I needed her! It has quickly become a
resource that has enriched my life and presented numerous opportunities for personal growth. In my first 2 months as a Mom GAL, I have been introduced to resources that have helped me teach my daughter to sleep through the night, re-introduced JOY into my daily to-do list, given me courage to become a first-time inventor/entrepreneur and most vital, helped me redefine what motherhood looks like for me.
